Introduction:
ISO 22716 is a standard for good manufacturing practices for cosmetics issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This standard provides complete and systematic authoritative standards for cosmetics manufacturers in all aspects that require management, from raw materials to finished products leaving the factory. ISO 22716 is the only GMP standard that can comply with the EU cosmetics regulations since the official entry into force of the EU cosmetics regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 in 2013.
The full name of GMPC is Cosmetic for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Guidelines.
